The rest of the day was filled with aimless shopping that was amusing, though there isn't much to tell about it. The castle and great shopping proved today much better than yesterday. The bookstore was amazing!

Holyrood Castle
The majority of our day today was spent at the beautiful Holyrood Castle. It was a magnificent place, holding many interesting stories and providing splendid views of the surrounding city of Edinburgh. Below are pictures of the castle, both inside and out. Sweetly, the sixth picture is a cemetery devoted to the soldiers' dogs that have died.
